We work with a limited number of clients by design. Not as a claim of exclusivity, but because judgment doesn’t scale — and judgment is the entire point.

The Compass Club is guided by a founder shaped by two worlds: finance, and luxury. A background in finance brought discipline and precision. Years within a family-run luxury goods house brought something harder to teach — an instinct for what discerning clients actually need, often before they’ve said it. Time spent at a leading Maison on Place Vendôme, followed by guest experience and guest relations at one of Europe’s most exacting hotels, added the rest: the practical craft of anticipating, coordinating, and quietly resolving whatever a demanding client’s day requires.
